The Minnesota Private College Council's Legislative Action Network represents the collective interests of its 17 member institutions in both federal and state government activities. Its primary purpose is to encourage advocacy of policies to improve affordability and access for low- and middle-income students — especially the Minnesota State Grant program, the keystone of our state's need-based financial aid.
